Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Staff in our renowned restaurant. As a member of our service team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and seating guests, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Order Taking: Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and proper communication to the kitchen and bar staff.

Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any daily specials, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.

Upselling: Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Table Setting: Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and condiments, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.

Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation while adhering to quality standards.

Table Maintenance: Continuously monitor tables, clearing dishes, refilling water glasses, and addressing any additional needs or requests from guests.

Payment Processing: Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, or electronic transactions, and handle any necessary documentation or receipts.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.

Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, service stations, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Previous Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking, food delivery, and payment processing.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and guest demands.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays or supplies, and work in a physically demanding setting.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the restaurant's needs.

Food Safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
