- **Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- **Installation and Upgrades**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
- **Security Management**:

- Implement and maintain security measures for casino IT assets.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support to casino staff for IT-related matters.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff understanding of IT systems.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.

**Salary**: ₹13,730.00 - ₹20,730.00 per month
