**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- One point contact with BC Customers and Registered office.
- Support all the daily Operational processes and procedures of B C Office.
- Assist Operations Team in daily Back end Operations functions in the B C Office.
- Tele Support to members regarding the transactions, Operations.
- Contact Point for Business Correspondents for their daily requirement.
- Tele Calls to Members/Agents/Branches regarding Business/queries
- Attending general calls from Members, Branches and associates
- Ensure Society policies align with and advance business objectives.
- BC’s Day begin and Day closing process
- BC’s all queries and supporting to Beacon Orbit software
- KYC and bank verification of BC’s customers.
- Maker/Customer creation of business From B C Office(Investment and Loans)
- Coordinate with operation and finance department for fund transfer/reconciliation on daily basis.
- Product Booking of all schemes (RD, FD, Investment schemes, Savings deposit)
- Final verification and cross checking of Product Booking.
- Coordinate Software checking and system support.
- Preparation of BC Commission
- Custodian of Membership forms and documentations.
- Ensure timely deposit of cheque/DD and cash of the society as per the instruction of HO.
- Ensure daily bank /Cash reconciliation of the B C Business
- Maker of investment /Deposit/Loan transaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
