**Telesales Executive ( Only Female )**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted leads within the ecommerce industry, showcasing our products and services.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, trends, and best practices to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective client organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for reaching and engaging ecommerce-focused prospects.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each potential customer.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and objections, addressing concerns and overcoming obstacles to close sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, drive repeat business, and secure referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record of success in telesales roles within the ecommerce industry, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
