Telesales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. If you are passionate about engaging with customers over the phone, results-driven, and enthusiastic, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce our products/services and generate sales leads by conducting outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
- Provide product/service information, address concerns, and understand customer needs by engaging with them.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Share insights, feedback, and best practices for improving sales performance by collaborating with the sales team.
- Identify sales opportunities by staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner. Fluent in English, Hindi and other regional languages
- Strong sales acumen and ability to build rapport with customers.
