**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management & Reception Duties**:

- **Greeting Clients**:

- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and assist with check-in.
- Answer client questions about salon services, prices, and availability.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage the salon's booking system, schedule appointments efficiently, and minimize wait times.
- Confirm and remind clients of upcoming appointments.
- Coordinate appointment times between different stylists and service providers.
- **Client Billing & Transactions**:

- Process client payments accurately for services and products.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining a proper record of all transactions.
- Assist clients with membership plans, gift cards, and promotional offers.
- **Client Inquiries & Support**:

- Inform clients about new offers, treatments, and service updates.
- Collect feedback from clients and report any concerns or suggestions to management.

**Administrative Support**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage salon inventory, including retail products, and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Assist the Salon Manager with daily operations, including reporting and paperwork.
- **Sales Support**:

- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Keep records of client preferences to personalize future visits and recommend services.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the salon's luxury branding.
- Ensure all clients leave satisfied with the salon’s services and overall experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and payment processing.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
