Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management:

- Oversee the institution's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Audit Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Budget Planning:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage the annual budget.
- Grants and Funding:

- Identify and secure grants, funding opportunities, and financial partnerships.
- Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Risk Management:

- Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the institution's financial health.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
