**Responsibilities**:
A Customer Success Associate is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products or services offered by the company. They act as customers' primary point of contact and work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for building relationships with the students and teachers in order to ensure end-to-end resolution is provided at one go
- Voice / Chat associate - will be responsible for resolving tickets within pre-defined timelines.
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
