**Business Development Executive/Client Success Executive with 1-2 years of experience working in a web development or software development company**

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in Business development.

**Job title**: Business Development Executive/Client Success Executive

**Relevant experience**:1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:
Manage our current inbound Leads and past leads.

Pitch our services to customers.

Update client records in Excel/Google sheets, and CRM. Keep the records updated for every accounts/leads/opportunities.

Effectively representing the company in business meetings with clients.

Understanding the project's requirements. Convert client requirements or questions to features for the software/website.

Assist your manager in preparing proposals, regular followups, negotiations, and contact managements.

**Skills and relevant experience**:
We will be looking at you for the below skills and relevant experience.

Experience in selling web development or software development (IT) services or solutions through a consultative approach and conducting customer needs analysis to uncover business problems.

1+ years Experience with any software development company (or in other words a Web development agency) is preferrable. (Freshers with solid communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to understand how technology works and with zeal to learn anything new can also apply.)

Should be open to UK or US shifts whenever required since that is our target market.

Good hands-on experience with MS Excel & Powerpoint.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Ability to understand client requirements regards to website customizations / software customizations, and convert it to software features/modules.
