**Responsibilities**:
Identify potential clients and businesses in need of financial assistance to support their growth and expansion plans.

Conduct thorough assessments of client loan requirements and financial eligibility.

Educate clients about the various business loan products and services offered by U Gro Capital.

Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the loan approval process, ensuring timely decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their long-term financial goals.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting the business loan industry.

Achieve individual and team targets for loan disbursements and revenue generation.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

**Requirements**:
Maximum age limit: 30's.

Previous experience in the business loan vertical or a background in field sales is preferred.

Any Diploma or Degree completed from a recognized institution.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer acquisition goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with financial analysis and loan underwriting processes.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Compensation:
