Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- End-User Services support and answer user enquires on in-house IT service.
- Handle any other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- DB Backup & Restore
- Manage CCTV cameras
- Setup and manage resources
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Hands on Experience on OS platform (Desktop/Server edition), windows, Linux and Mac OS.
- Understanding of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, NAS, SAN, Router, and switch.
