We are looking for an **Tender executive **with 1 to 2 years of experience in back office work for **Genesis Advertising Pvt Ltd.** This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the works related to tender
- Will be responsible for managing various documents
- Handling multiple accounts and maintaining the records
- Preparing documents in relation to tendering
- Creating reports in Excel
- Managing documents, proposals, costing sheets

**Requirements**:

- Decent communication skills, mail-drafting, excel expert, making proposals, documentation work, etc
- Should be familiar with Excel, Word, and Power point
- Should have good command of English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Knowledge of Tally, gst billing, ERP etc

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
