Sales Officer Lubricant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers in various sectors, including automotive, industrial, and commercial.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored lubricant and grease solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Provide technical support and detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries and finalize sales transactions.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product requirements.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential customers.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the lubricant and grease industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily based in an office environment, with frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
- Regular interaction with customers, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders.
- Standard working hours, with flexibility to work additional hours to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Physical demands include traveling, standing during presentations, and occasionally lifting promotional materials.
The role of the Sales Executive for Lubricants and Greases is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. This position requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the lubricant and grease industry and its various customer segments.
