- **Job Description**_

We are seeking a personal shopper to join our team. As a personal shopper, you will offer advice and guidance on products, provide in-store personal shopping, prepare deliveries, and assist with customer queries. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations.
To be successful as a personal shopper, you should be resourceful, energetic, and pay attention to detail. Outstanding

- **Responsibilities**_
- Helping customers make the best possible purchases by providing recommendations, advice on trends, guidance in choosing the right product, and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting customers with placing orders via messaging or call or in person.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customers' requests and complaints.
- Providing in-store personal shopping experience to customers.
- Recommending customers suitable substitutes for dated, discontinued, or unavailable products.
- Reporting customer issues to management immediately.
- Engaging with customers and ensuring any special instructions are followed.
- Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, consolidated, packed, and efficiently delivered.
- Assisting with order packaging and delivery where required.
- Keep track of the latest deals and offers online and in stores offerings.
- Collaborating with offline store departments to provide accurate product information and effective service.
- Creative and graphic designing for social media marketing.
- Assisting with day-to-day office activities.
- **Requirements**_
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/fashion or an equivalent qualification would be preferable.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Familiar with chat/call over WhatsApp.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and during busy shopping periods.
- Ability to work from the office in Secunderabad.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 10 kg and stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- **Nice to Have**_
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous.
- Online e-commerce websites shopping experience would be nice to have.
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools and strategies will be highly useful.
- Fluency in Google Sheets/Google Docs would be advantageous.
- Personal bike to travel.
- Born and brought up in Hyderabad, India.
