**Job Title: Guest Servicing Associate**

**Position Overview**:
Guest Servicing Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence at our 5-star hotel and convention center. As the frontline ambassadors of our brand, Guest Servicing Associates are responsible for delivering personalized and attentive service to all guests, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception and Check-In**:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a genuine and friendly welcome to the hotel.
- Efficiently handle check-in procedures, verifying guest information, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay.
- **Concierge Services**:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations on local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment.
- Arrange reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other guest activities, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and any special requests or inquiries.
- **Room Maintenance and Requests**:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest requests, issues, or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Ensure that guests' special requests, such as additional amenities or room preferences, are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with front desk staff, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, and other relevant teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues.
- Relay important guest feedback, preferences, and concerns to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- **Problem Resolution and Guest Relations**:
- Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Empower team members to resolve guest issues autonomously when appropriate, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster positive guest relations by building rapport, demonstrating attentiveness, and displaying a genuine desire to create memorable experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering flawless service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
