**Position Title**: Marketplace Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Listing and Management:

- Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Sales Performance Optimization:

- Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to develop strategies to increase sales and improve product rankings.
- Implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Customer Service and Relations:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing any negative comments or ratings.
- Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive communication and service improvements.

Marketplace Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid penalties and suspensions.
- Stay updated on changes in marketplace rules and adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the product development and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage marketplace fees and budget allocations.

Qualifications:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or a related role.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
