- : JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: GM Sales & Marketing DEPARTMENT Sales& Marketing LOCATION Mahim, Mumbai, India REPORTING TO Associate Vice President DIRECT REPORTS OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing & CRM activities for the residential and commercial projects and realizing the commercial goals. KEY RESULT AREAS Becoming an integral part of the senior management of the company and demonstrating great leadership qualities and performance in all the Key Result Areas - Lead generation from all channels - Achievement of sales targets - Planning marketing and selling strategies for all projects - Managing the sales team - Getting right talents in the team - Organizing the marketing / promotional activities - Getting marketing collaterals done - Gathering marketing intelligence - Analysis of competition and suggesting strategies to overcome competition - Managing CRM / collection targets / documentations - Ensuring RERA compliance in sales and marketing - Ensuring system compliance and report generation COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Knowledge - A vibrant personality with leadership skills. - Ability to build relationships based on trust and integrity. - Strong Knowledgeable about property sales. - Excellent communication skills. - Good negotiation & networking skills. - Should have an out of box thinking and ability to solve problems creatively. - Good numerical ability. - Should be willing to put in extra effort to complete the sale. - Should be multi-tasking.
