**JOB BRIEF**

To selling new franchisee and opening of new institute as per the budget. Responsibilities: Endeavour to meet to exceed franchise sales targets for the period. Display efficiency in gathering market research and prospect info.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

a. Convey business plan to the prospective business partners and conveyance them to take the franchisee at our terms and conditions.

b. Maximize Sales and Revenue generation.

c. To build relationship with clients to help them with new sales opportunities.

d. Build and promote strong, long lasting relationships between the parties involved.

**EDUCATION**

a. Minimum Education:

- MBA (Mkt) or any Degree / Diploma in relevant field

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum Experience:

- 0 - 2 yr

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Should have interpersonal Skills Problem - solving skills

b. Good Product Knowledge, Ability to accept rejection

c. Ability to work with a sales team

d. Open to work on field with availability of 24*7

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
