FO executive is the face of the reception. Interacts with residents and visitors and ensure the right information of the company and policies are communicated to them. Manage calls for enquiries and calls of grievances from in house residents and ensure all calls are addressed by the concerned manager or department.
**Reports to**:
Operations Lead
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- COMMUNICATION- Complete and accurate information to the callers, new admissions, in house residents and all staff. The person to pass the information to the right individual in the facility.
- GUEST SERVICE- Receive all enquiries in person and assist them to meet the BD. Mange the brochures, reception furniture, music, fragrance etc
- COLLECTIONS- Follow up and collections of dues. Communication of the dues and maintaining residents in advance status.

**Qualifications and experience**
Fresher/ experience in hotel/hospital in the same job role.

OFFICE ROOMS
- all office rooms to be clean and chairs kept in its place_
MEETING ROOM
- all chairs to be in place. Table cleaned. Water and glasses available. Smells good. A/C and fan not left on without guests_
TELEPHONE CALLS
- take the calls within 3rd ring. Take down all the details and the contact no. transfer the calls after confirming, take message to handover._
COLLECTIONS
- collect all payments, update c soft, give receipts, follow up on all outstanding and escalate to supervisor for all difficult customers_
REPORTS
- collection report, missed call reports, complaints, expected discharges_
TEAM ROOM
- door closed. Place regularly tied up by _HK.NO _A/C or fans left on. All monitors to be switched off in the absence of staff._
PRODUCT DISPLAY
- no empty spaces. neatly stacked up and dust free_
TOILETS
- every hour inspection to see the availability of tissues, cleaning process completed and to spray fragrance_
BOOK SHELF AND BOOKS
- keep the register of books updated. issue books and track them. Maintain the inventory and the display_
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
