**Position Overview**:
The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction within the hotel premises. They will supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Supervise the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure staff competence and productivity.
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping team members effectively.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.
- **Operational Management**:

- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations and timely response to guest requests.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular meetings with the housekeeping team to communicate updates, address issues, and foster teamwork.

- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in all housekeeping activities.
- Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report and address any maintenance or repair needs related to housekeeping equipment and facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
