**Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO)**

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Supreme Diagnostic and Imaging Centre in Bathinda, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals from various hospitals. Your primary focus will be to enhance sales and promote our diagnostic services to healthcare practitioners, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our center.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Relationship Building**: Foster and maintain positive relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, and hospital administrators in the region. Regularly communicate with them to understand their needs and promote our diagnostic services.

2. **Sales Outreach**: Actively approach medical professionals from different hospitals to showcase the advanced diagnostic facilities offered by our center. Present the benefits and features of our services, emphasizing how they can improve patient care.

3. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for approaching healthcare professionals effectively. Participate in developing marketing materials that highlight our services and benefits.

4. **Networking**: Attend medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish connections with doctors and medical professionals. Utilize these opportunities to promote our services and build relationships.

5. **Education and Training**: Provide information and training sessions to doctors about the capabilities of our diagnostic center, demonstrating how our services can aid in accurate diagnoses and better patient outcomes.

6. **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from doctors and medical practitioners regarding our services, addressing any concerns and suggesting improvements if necessary.

7. **Data Management**: Maintain a comprehensive database of doctors, their contact details, preferences, and interactions. Keep track of communication and follow-up activities.

8. **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the management regarding sales activities, progress, challenges, and potential opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Networking abilities and the capacity to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to hospitals and clinics for meetings.
