**Purpose of the Job**

Support embedding of PDO HSE MS key focus areas and HSE practices within concession operations and activities.

**Minimum Experience/Qualifications Needed**
- Degree in science or engineering discipline and a minimum of 12 years experience in Technical/ Engineering/Operations activities, preferably in an Oil & Gas industry, including at least 5 years in Senior HSE advisory role, or
- NEBOSH (National Educational Board of Occupational Safety & Health) Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or NVQ equivlant) and a minimum of 15 years experience in Technical/ Engineering/Operations activities, preferably in an Oil & Gas industry, including at least 7 years in Senior HSE advisory role.

**Organisation**:
Reporting directly to Corporate HSE Coach Lead with dotted line to Asset Director.

**Challenges**
- Engage and inspire Line to drive a visible, felt and caring HSE Leadership.
- Promote HSE Culture within the organization where HSE becomes an integral part of how we do business.
- Influence staff, at all levels including contractors, without direct authority.
- Work at remote onshore locations on a rotational basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹125,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per month
