Job Profile

Front Office Handling

Greet and welcome guests in person and on phone; answer and directing queries to
- Front Desk Operator attending incoming & outgoing Calls_

Maintaining Stationary

Develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval systems, and maintain office supplies by placing orders and evaluating new products.

Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails, copying, scanning and filing documents

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.

Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
