1. To answer all incoming calls and handle inquiries.
2. To pick up and deliver the couriers and maintain data.
3. To respond to all public inquiries.
4. To maintain client relation and communication, customer service.
5. To maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area at all the times.
6. To coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
7. To maintain general filing system and file all correspondence.
8. To receive direct and relay telephone massages.
**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
2. To take care of the pantry and ensure that the stock is maintained.
3. To direct the visitors.
4. To assist planning and preparation of meetings.
5. To confirm appointments and appointments scheduling.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
