We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketplace Support Specialist to join our team for the night shift. As a Marketplace Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users of our marketplace platform during nighttime hours. Your primary focus will be on addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience throughout the night.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist users with account-related issues, payment processing, order tracking, and other platform-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support, operations, and product development to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution in our internal systems.
- Monitor marketplace activity during the night shift to identify and report any anomalies or technical issues.
- Proactively identify trends in user inquiries and provide insights to improve our platform and user experience.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on product features, policies, and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech-driven environment or e-commerce marketplace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using help desk software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
