**Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Banking and Finance Industry**

**Experience: 10 to 12 years**

**Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.**

**Salary Bracket - 15-25 lakhs**

**Working Days: Mon. to Sat.**

**Working Time: 10am to 7pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **People Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Develop talent through training and professional development initiatives, identifying high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Ensure that all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- **Client Management**:

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
- Anticipate client requirements and proactively address any issues to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions on resource allocation and cost-saving measures.
- Review financial reports and statements to identify areas of financial risk and implement appropriate controls.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activities.
- **Risk Management**:

- Implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate potential operational and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- **Proven experience in senior management roles within the banking and finance industry.**:

- **Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and industry trends.**:

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, process improvement, and driving organizational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
- Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively.**
