- Ensure adequacy sales related materials.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator.
- Order processing of sales & sales division.
- To manage export customers and documentation.
- Handling 100-150 mails per day
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Calendar management (Outlook)
- Reminding the Director of important tasks, events and giving necessary updates
- Categories the task according to the priority
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence implementing and maintaining procedures
- Sales co-ordination review multiple sheets, collect data, coordinating with sales team
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Arranging international travel, accommodation, documentations, and visa.
- Dealing with the Directors post and correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
