JOB PURPOSE
Arjuna Naturals is seeking a Sales Operation Executive to join our dynamic team.
The job purpose of a Sales Operations Executive is to support and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of a sales team within an organization. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with various departments.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in the preparation of Sale Orders in CRM contracts, and other documents.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Manage and maintain sales data, including customer information, sales reports, and other relevant records.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective changes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Develop and implement sales operation policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members, providing training on sales processes and tools.
Develop training materials and documentation to support ongoing sales training initiatives.
- Planning**:Support sales planning activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Communication and Coordination:Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Ensure seamless coordination between different teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Technology Management:Manage and optimize the use of sales technology tools, including CRM systems.
Stay updated on new technologies and recommend tools that can improve sales processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in handling domestic and international sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Salesforce or CRM will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
