Job Overview:
Being a Sales Executive in the Modular Kitchen industry is a rewarding career that requires a unique set of skills and expertise. We are looking for an experienced sales executive who is passionate about sales and marketing and is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Marketing Process: The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire marketing process, from the initial meeting with clients/customers/builders/developers to closing the deal. They will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, build relationships, and result in sales conversions.

2. Alliance and Relationship Selling with Builders and Developers: The Sales Executive will develop and maintain positive relationships with builders and developers of residential property projects. They will establish new connections weekly while nurturing existing ones to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Ensuring High Sales Conversions: The Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring high sales conversions by creating compelling sales pitches and overcoming objections. They will have to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing to answer any customer queries and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

4. Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets: The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving the company's annual sales targets. They will have to monitor and analyze sales performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.

5. Establishing and Maintaining Positive Business and Customer Relationships: The Sales Executive will have to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. They will have to engage with clients/customers/builders/developers regularly to build trust and rapport, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.

6. Identifying New Sales Opportunities Consistently: The Sales Executive will be responsible for continuously identifying new sales opportunities and implementing strategies to generate sales. They will have to keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve.

7. Providing Excellent Customer Service and After-sales Support: The Sales Executive will have to provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. They will have to promptly address any customer complaints and work with the operations team to resolve any issues.

8. Accurately Documenting Sales Activities and Customer Interactions: The Sales Executive will have to accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system or Excel. This will help the company track the progress of sales opportunities and provide valuable insights to the management team.

9. Attending Industry Events and Networking Activities: The Sales Executive will have to attend industry events and networking activities to build relationships, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. This will help the company stay connected with industry trends and build a robust sales pipeline.

10. Submitting Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports: The Sales Executive will have to submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team. These reports will provide valuable insights into sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, helping the company make data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home furnishing industry (1-3 years required).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and builders.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
