Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Location: Suzette (replace with specific location if applicable)

Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Captain at Suzette, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the dining area, managing the front-of-house team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness to create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including waitstaff, hosts, and other support staff.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate important information and set expectations for the team.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure they understand the restaurant's standards and procedures.

2. Customer Service:

- Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.

3. Table Management:

- Oversee the seating arrangements to maximize the efficiency of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests, optimizing table turnover.

4. Quality Control:

- Monitor the quality of food presentation and service to maintain high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.

5. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Relay important information to staff regarding menu changes, special promotions, or other relevant updates.

6. Sales and Upselling:

- Encourage and train staff on upselling techniques to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the management team on implementing promotional activities to boost sales.

7. Cash Handling:

- Oversee cash registers and manage cash handling procedures.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

8. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
