- 10,000 To 20,000 Per Month

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in related field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in a technical field, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of technicians in completing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to prioritize and schedule work orders.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and performance standards.
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements in techniques and equipment.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.

- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and technology relevant to the field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Leadership experience or training is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
