Our client is in need of a ‘Service Mapping Expert’ for ServiceNow. They are looking for someone who has experience with full-scale implementation of the product for zero to completion as well as maintenance of the product after it goes live.

**Requirements**:

- Must have hands-on experience with CSDM
- Must have at least a basic understanding of the agile processes
- **Construction industry domain experience is highly preferred.**
