**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Business Execution Associate **to join **Supply Chain Management's **Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Ariba Contract Compliance team, **responsible for reviewing contracts and creating terms in Ariba Buying and Invoicing that establish controls for procurement and payment activity.

This position is responsible for supporting the deployment and sustainment of operations for contract compliance. Activities would include creating new or amending contract terms documents for qualified suppliers, identifying and resolving data quality issues, liaison to PeopleSoft and Ariba Contracting, Supplier Lifecycle and Buying and Invoicing data domain owners.

**Business Overview**

**Supply Chain Management **(SCM) falls under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Chief Operating Office (COO) respectively within Wells Fargo. SCM aligns with business leaders across the enterprise to deliver advantageous supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk.

The Supply Chain global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk **. **Supply Chain also connects with our communities through supplier diversity outreach and by embedding socially responsible strategies into our sourcing processes.

**Procure-to-Pay **manages the company-wide P2P program to ensure the appropriate controls are established with suppliers and that the goods and services meet Wells Fargo's standards of quality, service, and availability, while minimizing transactional risk.

**In this role, you will**:

- Review and analyze contracts to operationalize contract terms and procurement strategies using Ariba's Contract Compliance features
- Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
- Analyze and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Supports initiatives specific diversity, and sustainability to continually improve effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Achieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Lead projects, programs and initiatives
- Research and respond to internal or external inquiries
- **Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience and Ariba Contract Compliance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

- Experience with SAP Ariba - Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Ariba Sourcing & Contract Management, and Ariba Buying & Invoicing specifically Contract Compliance features.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
