**About the job**:

- Expected Skills:

- 5-10 years of work experience in Business analysis with Avaloq Technology experience.
- Strong domain & business experience in Banking & Financial Services with good understanding of businesses of private banking and financial services.
- Good understanding of Private Banking processes across client onboarding, KYC/CDD, Client data model, investment Portfolio management, security trading/Cash transactions(FX,MM, Payments) and derivatives.
- Exposure to core banking products like ‘Avaloq’, ‘Finacle’, ‘Flexcube’ or Temenos etc..
- Excellent knowledge ofSQL queries. Understanding of stored procedures and functions will be added advantage.
- Exposure to Data Modeling, API domain Knowledge with hands on experience on tools (Wireframes/Swagger/Postman/micro strategy services).
- Expertise in handling JIRA (creation of Epics, User stories, Risk management) and Agile related activities. Preferably worked on Agile projects..
- Experience in conducting workshops with relevant stakeholders to gather business requirements and converting requirements into functional specification documents(User stories or use cases).
- Experience in business stakeholder and escalation management.

- As Business Analyst, responsible for business case preparation, business solution conceptualization, requirements definition, support for solution architecture & development, functional verifications/business testing.
Client Engagement.
- Very Good understanding of financial products and lifecycle (Securities, derivatives, Forex, Money market, credit etc.).
- Good understanding of different banking functions or teams (Front Office, Operations, Legal& Risk, Credit etc.).
- Support business development initiatives for the consulting practice and business unit for the region..
- Actively participate in training, recruitment, mentoring, knowledge management etc.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Banking or Finance domain would be preference.
- Certified CSPO/CSM preferable.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS word and Power Point).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and team player
