**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Accounts**:

- Completion of periodical closing of books of accounts within schedule timelines
- Maintaining transaction records (digitally as well physically)
- To get accounts audited by Statutory and Internal Auditors
- Ensure adequate system and controls
- Ensure compliance of Delegation of Authority Ensure the hygiene of books of accounts

**Business**:

- Support the site/non-site in processing vendor invoice payment and raising invoices for cost recovery
- Set up systems and policies for the finance & accounts function (including timely revisions) Implement controls as per ICFR

**Transactions**:

- Review open GRIR items and ensure regular clearing
- Review of down payment and its clearing
- Ensure prepaid expenses accounting
- Ensure the optimum utilization of third-party resources
- Provide monthly expenses and reversal in subsequent period
- Process foreign currency advances and settlements (for employees)
- Ensure timely accounting of bank payments / receipts Manage other corporate related activities

**Others**:

- Reconciliations of Vendor & related parties
- Review of MSME overdue transactions and accounting of interest on overdue Review of Security Deposits with Public bodies and other vendors

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong analytical skills, Strong IT skills especially exposure to SAP
- Deep knowledge of internal controls Knowledge about Tax laws and Taxation, Good communication & presentation skills, Good interpersonal skills

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Inter
- CA or M Com

**EXPERIENCE**:
3-5 years in manufacturing plant/site accounts
