Extension Officer

Roles & Responsibilities: -Drive revenue and growth by achieving sales targets for our Agri-Inputs business across categories like Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, and Farm Implements in the defined territory. -Analyze market trends, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in your territory -Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand. -Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and Saathi partner onboarding -Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement for your team -Work with and train the Saathi partners on product placement of AgroStar products in their outlets. -Establish short and long-term goals for the territory and strategies to achieve the same, -Responsible for Collections from the Saathi partners -Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time. Qualifications: -Graduation in BSc agriculture or related field is mandatory -Should have at least 4+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry. -Ability to multitask -Clear and effective decision-making, with an emphasis on a data-driven approach. -Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel). -Should have managed a sales team before -Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District -Should be open to travel at least 60% to 80 % of the time with a limited overnight stay.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
