**Numadic is hiring a Procurement Assistant.**
- We are hiring a Procurement Assistant to join our team in undisrupting movement.**About the role**:

- Education: Any graduate.
- Research on hardware, components and products required for FTF.
- Sourcing, identifying and outreach to suitable vendors for supply of components.
- Negotiation for competitive pricing and deals.
- Shortlisting ideal vendors based on rates, supply capability, service quality.
- Raising purchase orders in Zoho against quotation and proforma invoices from vendors.
- Placing orders of components. Raising requests to accounts team to process payments to vendors against POs and PIs.
- Tracking dispatch and delivery TATs.
- Recording and maintaining inventory of components in DB and ascertaining stock replenishment TATs and warranty period tenure.
- Packaging and distribution of components to deployment zones..
- Coordingating with logistics channel partners for shipping. Coordinating with vendors for recce, site survey, installation points, areas to be covered, material quantity required for installation.
- Coordinating with DRIs for receipt of packages.
- Report generation and documentation of execution of roles.
