The Owl House is a nonprofit organization located in the village of Aldona, Goa, India. Our mission is to support individuals and families affected by Autism and other neurological conditions. Our core focus is on empowering individuals with special needs to become integrated members of the community while simultaneously working with the community to create more work opportunities, thereby promoting better and more meaningful lives for all.

**Job Profile**:
As a Junior Learning Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with neurological differences. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding these differences and adapting support to cater to individual needs. Collaborating closely with Learning Facilitators, you will contribute to the development and delivery of customized lesson plans, ensuring that they align with the unique requirements of each student. You will actively engage in classroom instruction, providing essential support to enhance student learning.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelors in any discipline, but Social Sciences or Special Education is an added advantage

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Supporting Neurodiverse Students**:

- Understand neurological differences and tailor support as needed.
- Collaborate with Learning Facilitators to deliver customized lesson plans.
- Assist with classroom instruction and student learning.
- Co-facilitate and mentor students individually and in small groups.
- Supervise students during non-classroom hours and organize recreational activities.

**2. Team Collaboration**:

- Communicate with teachers to evaluate progress and implement IEP objectives.
- Assist in documenting session details as necessary.
- Engage in session material preparation and cleanup.

**3. Student Progress and Development**:

- Execute weekly sessions according to the schedule and document student progress.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum document for the group program, including learning goals, pedagogy, and product recipes/manuals.
- Participate in the creation of quarterly reports for assigned students.

**4. Resource Management**:

- Create learning resources and activities to support student goals.
- Manage procurement requisitions and packaging for products you create.

**How to apply**:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
