**Position Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to join our wedding photography company. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and coordinate with our photography team to deliver outstanding services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their wedding photography journey.
Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique requirements.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

**Project Coordination**:Coordinate and schedule pre-wedding meetings, engagement shoots, wedding day photography, and post-production activities in collaboration with the photography team.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and photographers to guarantee accurate execution of client requests..

**Client Advocacy**:Act as a client advocate within the company, relaying client feedback, preferences, and suggestions to the photography and management teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve services based on client insights.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**:Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Present relevant options to clients to enhance their overall photography experience.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and communication history.

**Client Retention and Loyalty**:Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
Organize client appreciation initiatives or events to strengthen the company's relationship with its clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
