E-commerce Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
E-commerce Operations:
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Implement best practices for product categorization, search filters, and site navigation to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize website performance, load speed, and mobile responsiveness to maximize conversions.
Online Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and expand the customer base.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize product descriptions, and metadata for improved search engine visibility.
- Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value to identify areas for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and customer behavior, generating insights to optimize the e-commerce strategy.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
- Implement effective customer support systems and processes, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and refunds.
- Continuously improve the checkout process, streamline payment options, and enhance the overall purchase journey.
- Implement personalization strategies, upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, including product catalog management, order fulfillment, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and functionalities of the e-commerce platform, implementing relevant updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues, ensure platform security, and maintain data integrity.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor websites, pricing, and promotions to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nyka, Hopscotch, Shopify,) and related tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
