But DJ ABHI-Maheshtala is more than just music - it's a brand built on a strong visual identity that perfectly complements the sonic experience. We're looking for a talented Merch Designer to join our growing team and help us translate this vision into fresh and innovative merchandise.

**The Role**

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of DJ ABHI-Maheshtala beyond the music. You'll work closely with the artist to develop creative concepts for t-shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise items. Your designs will capture the essence of DJ ABHI-Maheshtala's sound and brand, resonating with fans and building brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop unique and eye-catching designs for DJ ABHI-Maheshtala's merchandise line.
- Collaborate with the artist to translate ideas into high-quality artwork.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and merchandising techniques.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Merch Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a creative and innovative design style.
- In-depth understanding of R&B culture and a passion for translating music into visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
