We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients or customers, providing them with information about our products or services, and assisting with inquiries or follow-ups. You will play a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work towards achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to gather information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Identify potential leads and qualify them based on criteria such as interest, need, and budget.
- Collect and update customer information in the CRM system for future follow-up.
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- **Product/Service Promotion**:

- Provide detailed information about the company’s products, services, and special offers to prospective clients.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers where applicable.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- **Customer Service & Inquiries**:

- Assist customers with their queries and offer suitable solutions.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Follow up on pending customer requests or issues to ensure resolution.
- **Maintain Call Records**:

- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, calls made, and information provided.
- Enter all relevant information into the CRM system and update records as required.
- **Meeting Targets & KPIs**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and sales objectives.
- Monitor and track performance metrics like call volume, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the team leader or supervisor about challenges and improvement areas.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Report daily activity, outcomes, and issues to the supervisor or manager.
- Share customer feedback, concerns, or suggestions for process improvement.
- **Follow-Up and Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals, feedback, or after-sales services.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
