**Overview**:
The General Manager (GM) for an Over-the-Top (OTT) Reality Show is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, production, operations, and growth of the reality show content specifically tailored for an OTT platform. This position demands a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, proficiency in managing a creative team, and a keen business acumen to drive audience engagement, revenue, and overall success of the show.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the OTT reality show, aligning with the platform's goals while differentiating it from competitors. This involves defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Production Management**:Oversee all aspects of production, from ideation to execution. Coordinate with the production team, directors, editors, and talent to ensure high-quality content that meets deadlines and adheres to budget constraints.
- **Content Curation and Development**: Lead the conceptualization, development, and selection of compelling reality show content that resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm new ideas, formats, and storylines.
- **Talent Management**: Recruit, manage, and nurture talent for the reality show. This includes working with casting directors, negotiating contracts with participants, and ensuring a conducive environment for talent growth and performance.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Identify and negotiate partnerships with brands, sponsors, and influencers to enhance the show's visibility, monetization opportunities, and overall reach.
- **Audience Engagement and Marketing**: Devise and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain viewership. Utilize social media, advertising, and other promotional tactics to maximize audience engagement and show awareness.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets for production, marketing, and other operational expenses. Monitor financial performance and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- **Compliance and Legal**: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, copyright laws, and standards for content distribution. Work closely with legal teams to secure necessary permissions and contracts.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics, audience feedback, and market trends. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Business Administration, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in television or digital content production, preferably in reality shows or entertainment programming.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of OTT platforms, audience behaviour, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to evolving market dynamics.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing the multifaceted aspects of an OTT reality show, driving innovation, and achieving strategic objectives while maintaining high-quality content and audience engagement

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,163,014.48 per year
