Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary, self starter and results-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) with over 15 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Media Marketing to help our both companies grow through social media marketing & lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in image & brand branding, lead generation, and talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of social media and digital marketing tools. This role is pivotal in taking Radical Minds Group to the next level through innovative social media strategies, marketing campaigns, and comprehensive digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding and Image Building:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the company's image and market position.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform branding strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Business Development:
    • Design and execute effective lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize lead generation efforts and track performance metrics.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling and targeted content for various digital channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and measure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Utilize social and digital media marketing to attract and hire new talent.
    • Develop strategies to build a strong employer brand and enhance the company's attractiveness to potential employees.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
    • Provide strategic direction and insights to the executive team regarding market opportunities and trends.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • • Over 15 years of Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a focus on branding, lead generation, and talent acquisition.
  • • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • • A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to drive innovation.
