Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the management team.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
- Make travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips as required.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners as necessary.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Previous experience providing personal assistant support to senior management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
