**Job Description-**
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the Management and internal/external clients
- Sourcing Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors....
- Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
