Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,013.22 - ₹25,031.80 per month
