- 11. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- 12. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional strategies.
- 13. Provide expert advice on product selection, customization, and installation processes.
- 14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- 15. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
