To Co-ordination with all types of Govt Bodies & Contractors like Municipal corporations, Fire Departments, City Survey offices, Collector Departments etc.
- Identifying & Shortlisting the liaison architects basis past performance and project requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and important aspects such as timelines and payment with the liaison architect.
- Frame relevant clauses and strike an agreement with the liaison architect.
- Support design team with inputs on regulations in order to finalize schematic layout and final building plan.
- Coordination with Municipal Architect for the Municipal drawing.
- Verification of the municipal drawing as per the Local authority bylaws.
- Checking profitability as per the DC rule and suggest for any improvements.
- Monitor adherence to budget and plan for obtaining approvals.
- Maintain all necessary information required for obtaining approvals.
- Ensure that the necessary submissions for obtaining approvals are done in a timely manner.
- Site Visits, Co-ordination for NOCs with Forest, Electricity, Pollution, STP, Water & Assessment Department.
- Attend meetings on behalf of company with Statutory agencies to obtain environmental clearance, provide clarifications, validate all presentation material shown to authorities, etc.
- Maintaining and updating various MIS report time to time.
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the Govt. entity.
- To carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
