Job Title:

Sr Principal Security Specialist (P5 Grade)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Physical security staff deployments at the GETC-I sites as per GSS Physical Security Controls procedure.
  • Monitoring of surveillance equipment and access points as per GSS Physical Security Controls procedure.
  • Adherence and implementation of Security Operating standards as per the Global Security Services team.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Personnel Security Clearances (includes termination, re-activation & restrictions) as per the GSS procedure.
  • Security Education (Training & Awareness program) Briefings & Debriefings (includes Initial, refresher & Special)
  • Security audits (ACS, Inventory, Records & Reports) and Guard Services - staff training and development.
  • Overall Operation of Security systems and surveillance including maintenance & upgrades with the current technology.
  • Prevent losses and damage of assets and report irregularities/violators of policy and procedures.
  • Protection of the company's assets relative to theft, fire, and other safety-related equipment.
  • Report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and security breaches (with notification to GSS).
  • Deployment of Security guards, ensuring all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes).

Overall responsible for the Security Management (Personnel & Material) for the GETC-I sites
  • Response to emergency situations.
  • Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal Communication skills with the ability to liaison with various Govt officials, stakeholders & other Dept teams.
  • Follow procedures during the fire mock drills, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations.
  • Fire safety systems, Fire protection and Emergency preparedness.
  • Risk Management
  • Additional duties as assigned
